Tuesday, 3:54 p.m., residence in the 700 block of South Johnson Street. Caller reported someone garnished the caller’s vehicle with ranch dressing. Later in the day, several juveniles threw Spaghetti-Os on the front porch of the residence.
County:
Monday, 4:07 p.m., mobile home at Silo Farms mobile home park. Sheriff’s deputies, Ossian Fire Department first responders and Wells County EMS dispatched on a report of a woman suffering from a possible overdose. While on scene, a deputy placed John Michael Tilbury, 30, of that address under arrest on one count of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Ossian:
Monday, 8:47 p.m., residence in the 200 block of Maxine Drive, Ossian. Report of two adult sisters fighting. Officers responded. Situation calmed.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Tuesday, 6:24 a.m., 600W south of 900S. Aaron M. Moore, 37, rural Warren, hit a deer with a 2018 Nissan Altima. Damage to the car exceeded $1,000.
Tuesday, 6:38 p.m., 100W near 700N. Jodie J. Inskeep, 52, Uniondale, hit a deer with 2021 Toyota Rav 4. Damage to the sport utility vehicle exceeded $2,500.
Wednesday, 5:10 a.m., Ind. 218 near 600E. David L. Lovell, 65, rural Bluffton, hit a deer with his 2016 Chevrolet Express. Damage to the van exceeded $2,500.
ARRESTS
Gregory Douglas Bailey, 51, Ossian; intimidation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
Peter Alan Beckman, 43, Fort Wayne; invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Bradley Gene Hartman, 59, Bluffton; leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,000.
Dennis Davis Rogan, 32, Fort Wayne; probation violation. No bond set.
Ronald Wade Carpenter, 56, rural Ossian; operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalency of .15 percent or more and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, both Class A misdemeanors. Bond set at $1,500.
