RSD to review Kingland, Tocsin sewer construction
A public meeting will be held to provide details and answer questions about planned sanitary sewer construction in Kingsland and Tocsin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, at the Wells County Public Library, 200 W. Washington St.
Board members of the Wells County Regional Sewer District and engineering employees will be on hand “to discuss plans and answer questions concerning this proposed project.

The Wells County Area Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, in Room 105, the multi-purpose room on the lower level of the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington St.

• Review of the Wells County Vision 2035 comprehensive plan.
• Consideration of a request for approval of a major 17-lot subdivision on Wells County Road 250N east of Ind. 116. The property is zoned R-2 (residentia). The request is being made by BLI LLC.
