The Parlor City Plaza will be a busy place Saturday, June 18. Not only are 12 vendors planning to be set up for morning shopping but Boy Scouts from the Anthony Wayne Council will be on hand to offer Pinewood Derby racing and Rain Gutter sailboat racing.
Kits are now available for those who want to build their own race cars ($6 each) by preregistering at the Wells County Chamber of Commerce office on Water Street. The phone number is 824-0510. Race weigh-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. with racing starting at 10 a.m.
