Ind. 218 between Warren and Poneto will be closed for approximately a month, starting next week, for construction of a bridge.
Crews are scheduled to being work on or after April 11 and are expected to complete the work in mid-May. The Indiana Department of Transportation says that all work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
INDOT’s announcement says the posted detour will be Ind. 3, Ind. 18, and Ind. 1.
