The Wells County Prom Dress Exchange was a busy place Friday afternoon. Held at the First United Methodist Church at 325 W. Washington St., patrons can get $10 prom dresses for local proms or the upcoming “Bridge of Hope” Gala. Proceeds go to the Wells County Foundation LiGHT committee. The sale continues today from 10 a.m. to noon.
