Wednesday, 5:38 a.m., apartment at Capri Meadows. Alarm sounding. Officers responded. A neighboring apartment dweller who knew the woman in the apartment where the alarm was sounding spoke with the woman and turned off the alarm.

Wednesday, 7:55 a.m., Main Street on the Wabash River bridge. Four-door sedan broke down. Officer assisted in pushing the vehicle off the bridge.

Wednesday, 5:30 a.m., 1000W north of 700S. Donnella E. Goodrich, 48, rural Warren, was southbound in a 2014 Mazda 3 when she hit a large dog in the roadway owned by Tina Glowczak, rural Warren. Damage exceeded $1,000.
FIRE RUNS
Wednesday, 1:39 a.m., water riser alarm, Lowe’s Home Improvement, 2105 N. Main St. Bluffton Fire Department responded. No fire. Sprinkler line ruptured triggering the alarm.
