CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
On behalf of the Indiana Department of Transportation, Butler Fairman and Seufert Inc., 11 South Third Street, Suite 200, Lafayette, IN 47901, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Flat Creek Rest Stop Demolition (Southbound) located at 40°54’51” N 85°19’44” W.
