Wednesday, 11:11 a.m., Lancaster Street at Bond Street. Report of a man walking down the middle of Lancaster Street, throwing his hands into the air and yelling at passing cars. Officer responded, but the man was gone.

Wednesday, 11:39 a.m., St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1300 N. Main St. Someone abandoned a bicycle on the Rosary walkway behind the church.

Tuesday, 4:06 p.m., Ind. 116 near Markle. Someone tossed a dead dog in a trash bag alongside the highway. State highway department contacted for disposal.

Tuesday, 6:35 p.m., Michael Kinser property, 1881SE-Jeff Road. Semi turned around on Kinser’s property, leaving deep ruts in his yard. As it was making the turn around, the trailer of the semi also snagged an electrical service wire leading to the barn and tore the wire away from the side of the barn, damaging the barn. The semi then left southbound on Jeff Road.

Friday, Jan. 26, 3:19 p.m., Kevin Withers, 51, Bluffton, was driving a 2018 International school bus attempting to turn left from Williams onto Ohio. As he made the turn, the back end of the bus swung around and clipped a parked 2013 Ford Flex registered to Dominique Simpson, Bluffton. Damage was estimated at less than $1,000.

Tuesday, 3:52 p.m., Main Street at Monroe Street. Hatchback automobile rearended a car at the intersection. Both drivers exchanged information and then left the scene, but one of the drivers returned to speak with police. No further information available.

Tuesday, 6 p.m., Silver Street at Williams Street. Elliott D. Apps, 18, rural Bluffton, drove a 2004 Jeep Liberty south into the path of an eastbound 2007 Ford 500 driven by Micah G. Zurcher, 19, Bluffton. Damage exceeded $5,000.

ARRESTS

Roger Lee Fox II, 18, Bluffton; neglect of an animal, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

Denzel Earl Dominick Benson, 21, Bluffton; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,000.

Tiffany K. House, 34, Bluffton; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,000.

Aung Thu Oo, 23, Fort Wayne; criminal conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
