A candidate’s statement of organization and designation of principal committee for exploratory committee has been filed with the Wells County Clerk’s office by Peter Christopher Koiner, Bluffton, a Republican considering seeking the position of school board member at-large for the Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District. The full name of his committee is Restoring America One Community at a Time. He is serving as his own chairman and Amanda Ann Koiner is serving as the campaign’s treasurer. The filing is as an exploratory committee only as Koiner is trying to ascertain support for his potential candidacy for the position on the school board.
