Sandra Newhard Lorenz, 78, of Plantersville, Texas, passed away Oct. 4, 2026.
Born in Indiana on Dec. 12, 1947, to Max Newhard and Evelyn Clouser, she spent remarkable selfless years working as an EMT in Markle, Indiana. Her other great joys came from the countryside, traveling and spending time with the American Rabbit Breeder Association. Her love for her family and the great outdoors is something others will remember her by forever.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry Newhard.
Her memories will live on in those she left behind to carry on her joy and love; in her husband, Donald Lorenz ,of 27 years; a sister, Carolyn Robinson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be forever missed and loved by all who knew her.
