Linda L. Fore, 77, of rural Bluffton, passed away Sunday evening, Oct. 4, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Linda was born in San Antonio, Texas, on Jan. 29, 1949, to Guy and Helen Shorter Grumbles Engle. She married James Fore in Apison, Tennessee, on April 23, 2017; he survives.
Survivors include her husband, James; three children, Edward (Kayla) Davis, Jason (Melissa) Davis and Susan (Eric) Willis; six grandchildren; along with a sister, Sally Seymour; and a brother, Daniel Engle.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Day; a sister-in-law, Nancy Engle; and a brother-in-law, Kenny Seymour.
There are no public services planned at this time. Private family burial will be held at Friends Cemetery in Rockford.
