William “Bill” J. Roughia Sr., 65, of Bluffton, passed away, Sept. 19, 2026, at StoryPoint Fort Wayne West.
Bill was born in Decatur on April 15, 1961, to William L. and Pauline (Roop) Roughia.
Survivors include two children, William “Bill” (Abby) Roughia of Fort Wayne and Nikki (Drew) Parsons of Bluffton; three sisters, Coleen (Bill) Curry of Fort Wayne, Mary Jane (Ed) Bobay of Columbus, Ohio, and Donna (Michael “Mike”) Chamness of Dunkirk; along with five grandchildren, Ian, Maggy, Wayne, Addison and Clayton.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a sister, Ginger Ridgeley, and a grandson, Owen Roughia.
In accordance to Bill’s wishes there are no public services at this time.
A private family burial will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Ossian at a later date.
