The City of Bluffton, Indiana to the defendants above named and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is an action for a permanent injunction, to recover fines and to abate a nuisance regarding residential real estate located 705 W. Wiley, Bluffton, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Defendants, Dorothy B. Brickley heirs, representatives, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, successors, assigns; Bryce A. Brickley; and the Unknown Occupant of 705 West Wiley St., Bluffton, Indiana.
In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit or the property at 705 West Wiley St., Bluffton, Indiana.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff or any Defendant arising from an interest in the property at 705 West Wiley St., Bluffton, Indiana, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before 30 days after publication of the third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgement will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
