Camille Rubene Geisman, 88, of Bluffton, peacefully went to Heaven on Sept. 28, 2026, at her home lovingly surrounded by her family.
Born June 27, 1938, in Gary, Camille was the daughter of Virl and Rubene Meadows. On Dec. 17, 1977, she married Neal Geisman and they shared nearly 49 years together.
Camille asked Jesus into her heart on Sept. 17, 1962, and had a fervent love for the Lord. She wanted her life to point others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. One of her favorite Bible verses was Philippians 4:13 which she quoted often, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Her last words spoken were “All is well with my soul.” Camille exemplified the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31 with some of her beautiful qualities being strength, honor, wisdom and kindness. Also of Galatians 5:22-23 being love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meakness and temperance.
In addition to her husband, Neal, Camille is survived by her four children, Brenda (Doug) Rogers, Kenny (Laurie) White, Pam (Gary) Dice, and Kevin (Charlene) White; and a sister, Jolene Gibbs. Her children say, “To the world you are a mother, to our family, you are THE world.” Proverbs 31:28, “Her children arise up, and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praiseth her.” She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Camille was preceded in death by her first husband, Duane White; her sister, Diane Enyart; three brothers, Dorian Meadows, Tim Mock and Mike Mock; son Duane White; and great-granddaughter, Emma J Liddy.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, and from 2 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. The service to celebrate Camille’s life will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton. Camille’s two sons-in-law, Pastor Doug Rogers and Pastor Gary Dice will officiate.
Burial will follow at the Horeb Cemetery in Uniondale, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Tract and Bus ministry of Berean Baptist Church in Adrian, Michigan and may be directed through the funeral home.
