Ronald Whitesel, 61, of Decatur passed away Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 4, 2026, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. Funeral arrangements are pending at this time with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
