Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held for the purpose of reviewing and adopting the FY27 ADA Transition Plan and the Title VI Implementation Plan presented to the Board of Works of The City of Bluffton, Indiana at the City Hall, 128 E Market St, Bluffton, Indiana at 4:30 PM on September 8th, 2026 at which time and place all persons interested in the proceedings may appear and be heard. A copy of the ADA Transition Plan and Title VI Implementation Plan will be available at the City Hall, 128 E Market St, Bluffton, Indiana during the hours of 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Copies are available upon request.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication during the meeting should contact the office of the ADA Coordinator, Tim Simpson, 260-824-0714 as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days before the scheduled event.
