Grace L. Timmons, 59, of Montpelier, passed away Monday evening, July 20, 2026, at her residence.
Grace was born on Feb. 14, 1967, in Bluffton to Carlos Humphrey and Freeda F. (Vaughn) Bennett. She attended Bluffton High School.
Grace was a very hard worker, working for various area businesses. She loved being outdoors, especially working in her flowers and gardening. Grace took pleasure in eating sweets. She was a fan of music, specifically rock and roll and country.
She is survived by her children, Brenda Rowe, Carlos (Donna) Rowe of Marion and Nathan (Krystal) Rowe of Fort Wayne, along with four grandchildren, Olivia, Chloe, Caleb and Braxton. Grace is also survived by three stepchildren, Clifford Timmons, Josh Timmons and Maranda Timmons, all of Marion. She will be remembered by her loving companion of 10 years, John Bailey of Bluffton, and her brother, Dallas Humphrey of Bluffton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Humphrey and Freeda F. and William “Bill” E. Bennett, a stepson, Justin Timmons, and her sister, Bonnie Humphrey.
As Grace requested, there will be no formal service at this time.
