NOTICE
As authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) and (19), the Town Council of the Town of Ossian, Indiana and the Town of Ossian Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners will conduct an executive session on Friday, May 8, 2026 beginning at 5:00 p.m., local time, at 1645 Hillcrest Drive, Suite A, Ossian, Indiana to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee and to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.
