Howard Wayne Pence, 86, of Montpelier, passed away on February 4, 2026, at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Howard was born Sept. 6, 1939, to Howard Henry Pence and Treva (Warner) Pence, and was their only child.
He is survived by his church family and special friends..
Family and Friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, located at 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, Feb. 8, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. A service to celebrate Howard Wayne’s life will follow at 2:00 p.m. and Pastor Dick Brewer will officiate.
Burial will take place in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Pennville, where he will be laid to rest beside his parents.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, Montpelier, Indiana.
