NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the above-named Court.
The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint to Quiet Title as to the following described real estate:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows:
Starting at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly 508.5 feet on the section line to a PK nail, which shall be the place of beginning; thence Easterly 183.8 feet on said section line to a PK nail; thence Northerly deflecting left 90 degrees 20 feet to a standard corner marker (5/8” x 15” reinforcing bar stake with an aluminum cap stamped Higman 10025); thence Northerly 217 feet on an extension of the last above described line to a standard corner marker; thence Westerly deflecting left 90 degrees 183.8 feet to a standard corner marker; thence Southerly deflecting left 90 degrees 212 feet to a standard corner marker; thence Southerly 25 feet on an extension of the last above described line to the place of beginning, containing in all 1.00 acres, more or less.

All defendants that were served by summons are as follows:

And the following Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to Plaintiff at this time are listed here since they may not be able to be served by summons:
Carter T. Arnold. Sr; and all unknown heirs, devisees et al
In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in our written answer.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 6th day of March, 2026, (same being within thirty (30) days after the Third publication of this Notice of this Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff have demanded.
