NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Jefferson Township, Wells County, Indiana
Jefferson Township will receive sealed bids for Cemetery Maintenance Services for Old Ossian Cemetery, Archbold Cemetery, and Elhanan Cemetery.
Services include mowing and grounds maintenance (15 times per year) and mandatory monument cleaning. Weed spraying is a separate bid item, priced per application, per cemetery, and requires a licensed Indiana pesticide applicator.
Bids may be submitted for one or more cemeteries and for mowing, weed spraying, or both. The Township reserves the right to award contracts in whole or in part, to make split awards, and to reject any or all bids.
