
Teresa D. Barnes-Eubank, 48, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday morning, Dec. 28, 2025, at Lutheran Downtown Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Teresa was born June 1, 1977, in Bluffton to Chris Thomson and Lorraine (Barnes) Wills.
Teresa attended Bluffton High School, where she was active in girls’ basketball. She worked for many years at Water Furnace in Fort Wayne, before becoming a stay at home mother.
She is survived by her children; Madilyn Eubank, McKenzie Eubank and Christian Tillman, all of Fort Wayne; a stepchild, Canaan M. Eubank of Fort Wayne; and was a loving grandmother to two grandchildren, Zayne and Alivia.
She is also survived by her father, Chris Thomson of Fort Wayne; mother, Lorraine Wills of Jeffersonville, Ohio; and her siblings, Charles (Jayne) Barnes of Bluffton, Christina (David Pietz) Barnes of Rochester, Mandy (Barry) Skinner of Warsaw and Tonia (Charles) Brown of Fort Wayne; and former husband, Jason M. Eubank of Fort Wayne.
Teresa is preceded in death by her brother, Jason Morlan; significant other, Chad Tillman; and grandparents, Charles “Red” and Carolyn Barnes and Pat Thomson; along with an uncle, John N. Bailey.
Funeral Services will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home with Barry Crosbie officiating. Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service. Burial will take place at a later date at Prospect Cemetery in Uniondale, Indiana.
The family prefers, in lieu of gifts and flowers, memorials be made to the funeral home to assist the family.
