Patrick R. Long, 48, of Montpelier, passed away Thursday afternoon, Dec. 11, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Funeral arrangements are currently pending with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
