Daniel Scott Robison, 57, of Bluffton, passed away on Sunday afternoon, April 20, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Dan was born on Nov. 14, 1967, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Dean and Emma Grace (Moore) Robison. Dan graduated from Southern Wells High School in 1986. He worked in Foundries, most recently at Matalco, LLC. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, grilling and being around his family and friends. 

On Oct. 23, 1987, Dan and Lauri Overmeyer were married in Bluffton. They shared 37 years of marriage together.

Survivors include his wife, Lauri Robison of Bluffton; their children, Brandi (Raul) Leyva-Gomez of Hartford City, Cari (Adam) Ellenberger of Bluffton and Daniel Robison Peters of Ohio; five grandchildren, Destiny Howard, Melvin Hernandez, Bryan Hernandez-Lopez, Jusaina Hernandez and Austin Bennett; and four great-grandchildren, Chloe, Jaxson, Vinny and Alejandro. He is also survived by his mother, Emma Grace Robison of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Debbie (Frank) Piech of Fort Wayne, Dave (Rhonda) Robison of Bluffton and Dean Robison of Orlando, Florida; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his “soul mate” his great dane, Sarge.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dean Robison.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.  There will be no funeral service.

Memorials may be made to Friends of the Wells County Animal Shelter, and sent to the funeral home.
