Wednesday, 12:41 a.m., 100 block of South Johnson Street. Officer flagged down with reports of a father yelling at a child outside with no shoes on. Child found inside at the location, but appeared OK. Others at location reported the subject was drunk and causing problems. No criminal issues found.
Wednesday, 2:16 a.m., S.R. 1 and C.R. 300 N, Bluffton. Vehicle observed with headlight out, traffic stop initiated. Vehicle searched due to marijuana smell, but nothing was found.
Wednesday, 12:05 p.m., C.R. 1000 S and Meridian Road, Keystone. Road rage incident, dispatch spoke with both drivers and they went in separate directions.
Wednesday, 4:10 p.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served. Kahleah Joyann Flick, 21, Bluffton; battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $2,500.
Thursday, 11:17 a.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served. Jason Dewayne Harding 47, Bryant; possession of meth, a Level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000.
Ossian:
Wednesday, 3:46 a.m., Jefferson Street and Bittersweet Lane, Ossian. Vehicle observed with headlight out, traffic stop initiated. Driverr April Lois Ramirez, 54, Bluffton, admitted to drinking that night, smelled heavily of alcohol and appeared intoxicated. Ramirez registered 0.119% in portable breath test and was transported to Bluffton Regional Medical Center for a blood draw. Ramirez arrested for operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor, and cited for improper headlights. Bond set at $500. Bonded.
ARRESTS
James Bret Chilton, 62, Bluffton; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,000. Bonded.
Jessup Dillon Groff, 31, Bluffton; intimidation with a deadly weapon, a Level 5 felony, and pointing a firearm, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
Adonis Jose Alvarado Cordero, 31, Bluffton; domestic battery causing injury to a pregnant family, a Level 5 felony, and strangulation of a pregnant woman. Bond set at $10,000.
Jeremy Allen Berry, 38, Liberty Center; sex offender violation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000. Bonded.
