Thursday night marked the Bluffton Free Street Fair’s annual industrial parade. At top, Norwell High School’s cheer team led the district staff in the parade, stopping at the corner of Main and Market streets to lift Kylie Huffer. Katie Wheeler (pictured below) joined the YMCA in the parade. Bluffton Common Council member Scott Mentzer (at bottom) carried one of the flags for the Wells County Republican Party.
