Southern Wells Middle School track teams defeated Adams Central Wednesday night at home.

The girls won 92-22 and the boys won 77-37.

In the girls’ meet, the 4x800m relay team broke the school record by 20 seconds with a time of 11:55. The team consists of Grace Rogers, Marianne Pease, Sarah McFarren and Aubree Neuenschwander.

Other first-place finishers were:

• Bailey Jenkins in the 100m, 100m hurdles and 200m hurdles.

• Leighann Carpenter in the long jump.

• Kyan Johnson in the 200m.

• Keely Miller in the high jump.

• Grace Rogers in the 400m and the 800m.

• Neuenschwander in the 1600M.

• The 4x100m relay team of Hawkins, Johnson, Carpenter and Jenkins.

• The 4x400m relay team of Rogers, Prible, Bryant and Neuenshwander,

• John Schneider in the 100m hurdles.

• Adam Aulbach in the 100m and high jump.

• Logan Leas in the 1600m.

• Hunter Durham in the 400m.

• Brayden Williams in the 200m hurdles.

• The 4x800m relay team of Fiechter, Kirkwood, Rylan Leas and Logan Leas.

• The 4x100m relay team of Durham, Hesher, Schneider and Aulbach.
