PETITION FOR MODIFICATION
Comes now the Indiana Department of Child Services, by the Prosecuting Attorney for the 28th Judicial Circuit, and respectfully petitions the Court for a modification of the child support order heretofore entered in this cause, and in support of its petition, the State alleges and says:
1. That on the 3rd day of DECEMBER, 2013, the Court entered an order for the support of the children herein in the amount of $75.83 per week.
2. That a change of circumstances has occurred since the creation of this order that is substantial and continuing in nature and renders the original order entered herein unreasonable.
3. That the support order previously entered on the 3rd day of DECEMBER, 2013, should be modified in an amount consistent with the best interest of the children herein.
Therefore, it is respectfully requested that the Court modify the previous support order in a manner consistent with the best interests of the children and provide any and all other relief just and proper in the premises.
