Wednesday, 7:22 p.m., Villa North Mall. Report of vehicle parked in area. Caller said they found it suspicious. Driver was a food delivery person, no issues.

Thursday, 1:08 a.m., North Jefferson Street and Davis Road. Officer pulled over vehicle without license plate. Alyssa Jenae Helbert arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
ARRESTS
Alyssa Jenae Helbert, 25, Fort Wayne, possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia, operating with a controlled substance in body, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, all Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $2,000.
