Melissa J. Pax, 43, of Bluffton, passed away Jan. 16, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
She was born on Dec. 8, 1980, in Portland, to the late Daniel L. Pax and Norma (Wellman) Mangen.
Melissa is survived by her mother, Norma (David) Mangen of Bluffton; brother, Kevin (Nicole) Pax; step-sisters, Denise Mangen and Lynn (Charles) Gustin of Piqua, Ohio; and six nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Pax.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Jan. 22, 2024, at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Yager-Kirchhofer Chapel in Berne. Burial will follow at the St. Mary’s of the Presentation Catholic Cemetery in Geneva.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Monday.
