Debra J. West, 68 of Bluffton, died Wednesday morning, December 3, 2023, at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.  

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
