Norwell played and got its first Northeast 8 Conference win of the season in a 57-41 victory over DeKalb at home Friday night.

The Knights outscored the Barons (3-3) 33-18 in the second half after leading by just one point at halftime.

Ashton Federspiel continued to pour it on offense, leading his team, and had a game-high 28 points on 9-14 shooting and 10-12 at the free throw line.

The Knights improved to 4-2 on the season and 1-0 overall in the NE8.

Their next game will be at Bluffton at 7:30 p.m. next Friday, Dec. 22.
