To the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:
Part of Lots Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-nine (269), Two Hundred Seventy (270), and Two Hundred Seventy-one (271) as known and designated on the recorded plat of Oak Park Addition to the City of Bluffton, in the Office of the Recorder of Wells County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Number 269; thence East 90.50 feet along the North line of said Lots 269, 270, and 271; thence South 89.50 feet parallel with the West line of said Lot Number 271; thence West 90.75 feet parallel with the North line of said Lots 269, 270, and 271 to West line of said Lot Number 269; thence North 89.50 feet along said West line to the Place of Beginning.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown.

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
