FINAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given notice to all persons entitled to share in the final distribution of the estate of REBECCA L. JOHNSON, deceased, that MICHAEL C. MUSSER, as the Personal Representative of said estate, has filed a report of final accounting together with petition to make distribution of remaining assets to the parties believed entitled thereto. Such account and petition will be acted upon by the Circuit Court of Wells County, Indiana, on August 4, 2023, unless written objections are presented to the court on or before that date.
Any objections to the final accounting must be filed in writing stating why such final accounting should not be approved and must be filed with the Court on or before fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
