NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bluffton Board of Public Works & Safety will conduct a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. on August 1, 2023, at 123 East Market Street, 2nd Floor, in the City of Bluffton Common Council Chambers on the ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT dated July 7, 2023 for the demolition of 123 S. Marion Street, Bluffton, Indiana 46714. The person to whom the Order was issued, James Thompson, any person who has a substantial property interest in the subject property, and any other person with an interest in the proceedings may appear in person or by counsel at the hearing, and present evidence, cross-examine witnesses, and present arguments.
