Tuesday, 9:51 p.m., North Main and East Monroe streets. Report of semi on side of road, off of roadway. Driver was grabbing food and leaving.
Wednesday, 12:52 a.m., 900 block of West Market Street. Report of the several juveniles playing annoying caller with game of ding dong ditch.
Wednesday, 2:59 a.m., Wells County YMCA. Welfare check requested for woman walking in road near railroad tracks. Officers transported woman.
Wednesday, 8:33 a.m., Bargain Hut. Report of people dumping multiple couches on property.
Wednesday, 12:20 p.m., 300 East Dustman Road. Caller requested assistance with aggressive 16 year old.
County:
Wednesday, 9:19 a.m., south 450E and east River Road, Bluffton. Abandoned vehicle. Owner advised the vehicle had a flat tire and would be moving the vehicle within the hour.
Ossian:
Wednesday, 1:35 a.m., residence on Highland Avenue. Deceased man found. Incident was found to not need investigation.
ACCIDENTS
City:
Wednesday, 8:50 a.m., Ind. 116 and Hunter Road. Joshua Ashby was driving a Jeep Cherokee when he attempted to make a U-turn. He failed to observe Robert Captain Jr driving straight and collided with his Chevy Silverado. A witness confirmed the stories. Damages not exceeding $25,000.
ARRESTS
Edy Gehovany Morales Del Cid, 46, Fort Wayne; intimidation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000. Bonded.
Heather Annette Logan, 49, New Haven; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, a Class C misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,500.
