July 4th on Tuesday brings with it a host of closures.
The offices of the City of Bluffton and Wells County governments will be closed. The Ossian and Bluffton locations of the Wells County Public Library will also be closed.
There is no mail delivery and The News-Banner does not publish Tuesday. The office will not be open. Normal publication and office hours will resume Wednesday.
