Wednesday, 3:18 p.m., 121 N Main St. Glass reported in the roadway. Street Department contacted.
Wednesday, 7:40 p.m., residence on East Wiley Avenue. Juvenile reportedly using drugs.
Wednesday, 8:56 p.m., residence on West Washington Street. Caller stated three juveniles through a stick at her while driving by. A juvenile had called in prior to report her friend had been throwing a stick.
Wednesday, 9:45 p.m., residence on Sunset Drive. Report of an aggressive dog. The dog’s leash was no longer secure in the owner’s yard. A person with a key to the property arrived to put the dog inside.
Wednesday, 11:11 p.m., 501 W Market St. Line down in backyard.
Thursday, 3:33 a.m., Bluffton-Harrison Elementary School. Attempting jump a vehicle’s dead battery.
Thursday, 6:52 a.m., South Williams and West Washington Streets. Street signs switched.
Thursday, 9:28 a.m., Walmart. Driver appears to falling asleep and weaving in and out of traffic.
Thursday, 10:15 a.m., Bluffton High School. Reported vandalism at the football stadium. Investigation ongoing.
Thursday, 11:37 a.m., First Bank of Berne. Customer hit multiple pillars in the drive-thru.
Thursday, 11:45 a.m., Family Farm and Home. Semi-truck stopped. Brakes have locked up and driver has help on the way.

Wednesday, 1:12 p.m., 10415N 300W, Markle. Advised of a loose dog roaming around, possible having killed a cat. A deputy made contact with the owners of the dog, and advised of laws about loose animals and the neighbors’ concerns.
Wednesday, 1:23 p.m., Wells County Animal Shelter. The shelter reported a dog owner has not gotten the proper shots for her dog. The owner advised she had an appointment for the dog in June, but would try to get it scheduled sooner.
Wednesday, 2:35 p.m., North 100E and East 950N. Citation issued for speeding.
Wednesday, 3:44 p.m., East U.S. 224 and North Ind. 1. Report of a broken down semi-truck. Advised the truck had moved on.
Thursday, 2:09 a.m., residence on Sherwood Drive, Bluffton. Unconscious person. Possible drug overdose. Narcan and CPR administered. Individual declared deceased.
Thursday, 11:32 a.m., East U.S. 224 and North 700E. Vehicle left on the side of the road. Note on windshield states the driver will be back at 11 a.m.

Thursday, 10:10 a.m., Norwell High School. Minor property damage.
Thursday, 10:56 a.m., residence on Aviation Drive. Report of an individual attempting to break into a building.

Wednesday, 9:27 p.m., South Adams Street, Bluffton. Heather M. Elzey, 39, Bluffton, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse northbound on South Adams Street near Western Avenue and struck a deer in the roadway. Damage exceeded $2,500.
County:
Tuesday, 1:05 p.m., Ind. 1 at the intersection of Margaret’s Road. Myron J. Disher, 32, Ossian, was driving a 2015 Kia Soul northbound on Ind. 1 and strayed from his lane, striking a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck driven by Berry W. Weaver on the passenger side front fender. Damage exceeded $2,500.
Wednesday, 12:44 p.m., Walmart. Laura K. Smith, 39, Ossian, was driving a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country van and, while attempting to park her vehicle, she misjudged the space between her vehicle and a parked and unoccupied 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Damage exceeded $1,000.
Wednesday, 7:36 p.m., Zestos. Abigail N. Dale, 16, Ossian, was backing a Chrysler Town and Country out of a parking space and collided with a parked and unoccupied 2014 Dodge Charger. Damage exceeded $2,500.
ARRESTS
David William Allen Wagers, 28, Fort Wayne; probation violation, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
