Washington St., in the City of Bluffton, IN at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on the 4th day of May, 2023, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of iTown Ministries, Inc., 12491 E 136th St., Fishers, IN 46038 for the purpose of a General Development Plan.

Proposed Development Plan: Proposed new iTown Church complex
Common Location: The subject property is located at east side of SR 1 between CR 250 N & Jackson St., Bluffton, Indiana, 46714.
Brief Legal: The subject property is described as 49.45 acres in the NW quarter of Section 22 Township 27N Range 12E in Lancaster Township.
