The Southern Wells girls’ basketball team fell in its opener against Union City Saturday night on the road.
The Indians (1-1), who finished last year with a 15-9 record, won by a score of 48-32. The Raiders won five games last year, finishing 5-15.
The Raiders will look for win No. 1 at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, to take on Union (Modoc) at the Raiderdome.
