There were dogs, dogs and more dogs at Ossian’s annual Howl-O-Ween at the Ossian Dog Park at Archbold-Wilson Memorial Park Saturday. The event included a photo opp with owners and their dogs, a short training demonstration and a costume contest. Dogs were judged on nine categories including an overall best in show. All dogs received a goodie bag and the event was sponsored by a number of area dog grooming and health businesses.
