The Norwell Knights’ made the quick road trip down to Bluffton and won its match 4-1.

Norwell in singles won with Ethan Ottinger over Keegan Schwartz 6-1, 7-5 and Bodie Zimmer over Blake Moser 6-0, 6-2. Bluffton got their only point from Anthony Hartman over Owen Cupp 6-2, 6-1.

In doubles, the Knights got a win from Winston Frauhiger and Brason Chaney over Preston Daughtery and Drew Pressler 3-6, 6-2, 6-3. Jaden Payne and Jake Hoover for Norwell got the other doubles victory over Logan Reinsteck and Max Worth 6-1, 6-2.

Norwell also won the JV match 4-2.

The Knights won with Gavin Reynolds over Nolan Lambert 8-7, 7-1. Ignacio Albrecht over Kade Abbett 8-2. Eddie Archbold and Auyden Quintanilla over Ben Maggard over Dane Schlagenhauf 8-3. Ethan Williamson and James Simmerman over David Pence and Jed Logan 8-6.

Bluffton got their wins with Ethan Hunt and Kaden Grau over Brayden Wallace and Ethan Wilson 8-7, 7-3. Grant Reifsteck and Braden Lemler over Alex Baker and Alex Werling 8-7, 7-3.

Norwell will play at the Delta Varsity Invite at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept 24.

Bluffton will host Leo at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept 26.
