Traffic was reduced to a crawl during much of the day on Ind. 1/Main Street on Bluffton’s north side Wednesday as crews from E&B Paving in Huntington repaired some rough spots on the thoroughfare. All traffic on the four-lane roadway was pushed into what is usually the northbound lane from Dustman Road south to the entrance to the Bluffton wastewater treatment plant entrance in the 700 block of Main Street. The work was completed early Wednesday evening and all four lanes were again open to traffic. (Photo by Dave Schultz)
