The Wells County Public Library and the Wells County Historical Society are the sponsors of a historical walking tour in Bluffton Saturday, July 23.

Tours will be held at 10 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm. The meeting location for the tours will be on the west side of Main Street at the corner of South and Main streets. 

Registration is required. Call the library at 824-1612  for a preferred time or visit the wellscolibrary.org websie and click the “library event calendar” to sign up. In case of rain, the tours will be postponed. Those who are registered will be notified of the rain date.

The guided walking tour will allow people to view the outside of several homes in the downtown area along Main Street, while learning historical facts about the homes and the city. Those on the tour will get to go inside the home at 412 S. Main St.  to see more historical details up close.
