The Ossian parks board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, April 4, at the Ossian Town Hall, 507 N. Jefferson St. in Ossian.

Bluffton Board of Works to meet Tuesday afternoon

The Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, in the conference room on the first floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market St.

Topics of new business on the agenda include:

• Personnel matters, brought to the board by Dave Hendricks, the city’s water distribution supervisor, and Derrick Deininger, the city’s sewer collection supervisor.

• Suzanne Feeback, a discussion of animals.

• Consideration of a pay application for the crosswalk project.

Also on the agenda under old business are fire/life insurance, lawn and landscape management program, and crosswalk snow removal.

Bluffton Common Council will meet Tuesday evening

The Bluffton Common Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market St.

• A request from Bluffton NOW!, brought to the council by Mike Lautzenheiser in his capacity as the organization’s president.

• A discussion of Premier Flats, brought to the council from the Wells County Area Plan Commission.

• Consideration of a bond for Christian Care.

• Awarding of a contract for the city’s wastewater work.

Two items are listed as old business — a resolution concerning the city’s capital asset policy and a resolution concerning the American Rescue Plan Act.

Ossian police panel will meet Tuesday evening

The Ossian Police Commissioners will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, at Collier’s, 215 N. Jefferson St. in Ossian.
