PUBLIC NOTICE OF
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
The City of Bluffton (128 E Market Street, Indiana, 46714) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the intent to comply with 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities related to sanitary sewer construction. The project is known as Timberidge Sanitary and Timberidge Forcemain. The site limits are throughout the Country Club Estates subdivision, along the west side of SR116 from Fairview Lane to CR 150 N, along the south right-of-way of CR 150 N from SR116 eastward approximately 3,700 feet and southward to Hillcrest Road, all in Lancaster Township, Wells County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will be discharged into various unnamed surface tributaries to the Wabash River. Questions or comments should be directed to Rob Hathaway at DLZ Indiana, LLC, 825 S.
