Norwell Middle School’s eighth-grade girls’ basketball team defeated Indian Springs 39-38.
Vanessa Rosswurm led Norwell’s offense with 19 points, and Ashley Waldman followed with 8.
Rosswurm was also the team’s leading rebounder with seven. Jada Dale led in steals with three. Waldman led in assists with four.
