Monday, 2:00 p.m., National Party. Report of an unwanted party.

Monday, 3:41 p.m., North Main Street and East 300 North. Driver cited for speeding 57 mph in a 40 mph school zone.

Monday, 5:32 p.m., 100 block of South Baldwin Street. Caller reported man on porch acting suspicious. Man advised he was trying to find friend.

Monday, 8:43 p.m., Comfort Inn and Suites. Welfare check requested for woman possibly living in vehicle. Woman advised she was waiting for friends.

Monday, 9:01 p.m., West Market and North Johnson streets. Caller reported hearing a man yell for help once, did not see anything. Unable to locate.

Monday, 10:17 p.m., Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Caller requested assistance filing police report about property issue.

Tuesday, 6:58 a.m., 44 East 100 South. Caller requested speak with officer.

Monday, 3:05 p.m., North 100 West and Ind. 116, Markle. Caller reported a white box truck driving erratically.

Monday, 7:55 p.m., Ind. 3 and West 1100 South, Montpelier. Deer vs. car.

Tuesday, 5:28 a.m., Ind. 116 and East 300 North, Bluffton. Caller reported witnessing a deer be struck by a vehicle, driver did not stop.

Ossian:

Monday, 3:14 p.m., North 100 East and East 900 North, Ossian. Driver cited for speeding 64 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.

Tuesday, 12:20 a.m., Ind. 1 and East 500 North, Ossian. Driver pulled over gave officer an Indiana ID card and stated he left his license at home. He later admitted to never possessing a license. Driver charged with operating without ever receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

Tuesday, 1:57 a.m., Norwell High School. Officer checked on vehicle in construction zone, driver advised he was an electrician working second shift type hours in the school.

Tuesday, 6:36 a.m., East 950 North and North 100 East, Ossian. Caller reported truck in the roadway.

Tuesday, 10:41 a.m., 8000 North 750 East, Ossian. Report of a loose horse in caller’s corn field.

Thursday, 11:08 a.m., 100 South Main Street. Karen Conrad was turning around in a parking lot when her Bronco Sport scraped a parked and unattended Chevy Silverado. Damages not exceeding $1,001.

Sunday, 5:50 p.m., Ind. 1 and Wiley Avenue. Cole Leininger was slowing in traffic when his Chevy Equinox was rear ended by a GMC Yukon driven by Mimi Groff. Damages not exceeding $1,001.

Tuesday, 2:36 a.m., Ind. 1 and Sutton Circle Drive. Zachary T. Ochsner was driving North on Ind. 1 when a deer ran in front of his Ford Taurus. Damages not exceeding $2,500.
