Lisa Rena Evans, 50, whose address is listed as the Wells County Jail, violated probation by testing positive for methamphetamine during a random drug screening Aug. 24; failing to report to her probation officer Sept. 2 through Sept. 20, and refusing to submit to a drug screening Aug. 31.
Sentenced to 285 days in the Wells County Jail. Credited for 178 days spent in confinement awaiting disposition of his case.
Up[on completion of his sentence his probation will terminate.
Evans was originally sentenced March 15 for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.
