NOTICE OF INTENT
The Wells County Regional Sewer District (223 W. Washington Street, Bluffton, Indiana 46714) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Regional Sewer District’s Kingsland Sanitary Sewer Improvements project. In general, the Kingsland project consists of the construction of the installation of a sanitary sewer collection system within the unincorporated area of Kingsland and the homes on 250 E from US Route 224 to 500 N, 500 N from State Route 1 to 175 E, 175 E from 500 N to 400 N, 400 N from the railroad tracks to 100 E, and 100 E from 400 N to 350 N, where it will be pumped and tie into the existing Murray sanitary sewer collection system at the intersection of 100 E and 350 N. Run-off from the project site will discharge to unnamed tributaries to the Wabash River.
